First Time Clients

Be sure to bring completed forms to your first appointment along with a copy of your dogs shot records.  




Scheduling


All services are by appointment only.

Plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment begins to allow time to potty your dog. If you are late for your appointment, your session will be shortened accordingly.

In order to secure your appointment and honor our cancellation policy, please be prepared to provide us with a valid credit card number.

Cancellations

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please allow a 12-hour advance notice otherwise we reserve the right to charge your credit card for 50% of the services scheduled. If you do not call or show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the session.

Payment Types

We accept cash, checks and all major debit/credit cards as forms of payment. A $1.50 service charge will be applied to all debit/credit card payments

Pool Time
Factors that determine the amount of time spent in the poolinclude:

Arrival time
The time it takes to get your dog in and out of the pool
Dry time


* Full price will be charged for sessions that are shortened due to a late arrival.


Do not feed your dog for at least 8 hours prior to your appointment to avoid bloat and defecation in the pool.

You must let us know if your dog has bowel control problems.

Fecal accidents in the pool are a very rare occurrence, however if one occurs, a $150 charge may be assessed to partially cover the cost of cleanup. Session fees are also non-refundable. If we know ahead of time your dog may have bowel control problems we can take appropriate measures to prevent an accident in the pool.
